Ted Wurfel, PE, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) management within the energy sector. Currently serving as HSSE Director for the Southern Division at Western Midstream, Ted previously held the role of Chief Sustainability Officer at Rockcliff Energy, where responsibilities included promoting responsible natural gas production while minimizing environmental impacts. With a strong background in HSE and sustainability, Ted has successfully managed programs and developed strategies at companies such as Indigo Minerals and Talisman Energy USA, achieving significant milestones including carbon neutrality and zero lost-time incidents.
