Leon Howard II

Leon Howard II, Ph.D., MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in clinical counseling and academia. Currently serving as a Professional Clinical Counselor at Western Reserve Hospital since September 2007, Leon Howard II conducts health assessments, provides pain management psychotherapy, and conducts pre-surgical evaluations while overseeing daily office operations and leading research initiatives. As an Ad Hoc Graduate Faculty Member at The University of Akron since September 2000, Leon Howard II has taught and developed curricula for advanced counseling students and provided clinical supervision. Leon Howard II also held leadership positions as Chair of the Board of Directors for Red Oak Behavioral Health and PCS-The Pastoral Counseling Service. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision, an MBA in Healthcare Management, and degrees in Psychology and Clinical Counseling.
