Raymond Gentilella

Raymond Gentilella is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the beverage industry, currently serving as DVP Control States at Western Spirits Beverage Company since October 2024. Previously, Raymond held the position of Vice President for the East Region and Director for the Northeast, Control States, and Military at Grain & Barrel Spirits from October 2021 to October 2024, focusing on sales and revenue performance. Prior to that, roles included VP of Business Development for Agave Loco LLC / RumChata, where Raymond contributed to making RumChata one of the top-selling cordials in the U.S., and Division Vice President at Beam Suntory, overseeing the Florida business unit. Earlier career milestones include Vice President of Sales and Development at Vintage Point, LLC, and Vice President for the South East Zone at Beringer Blass Wine Estates Limited, achieving significant revenue growth throughout various positions.
