Katie Shaw is an experienced marketing professional with a diverse background spanning various industries. Currently serving as the MLO Marketing Coordinator for Westerra Credit Union since May 2022, Katie supports Mortgage Loan Officers through CRM lead administration, community engagement, and marketing initiatives. Previous roles include Field Marketing and Community Relations Specialist at Tompkins Financial Corporation, Marketing and Sales Director at Lively Run Goat Dairy, and Digital and Social Media Manager at Communiqué Design and Marketing. With a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications from Ithaca College, Katie has developed a strong expertise in strategic marketing, community relations, and customer engagement throughout their career.
