James Foy

James Foy is the Director at Westhab. James has dedicated their career to helping others in times of need. James started as a chaplain with the Latin/African-American Chaplain Association (L.A.C.A.) in 2012. L.A.C.A. provided chaplains to assist firefighters and police officers after the World Trade Center tragedy. They were also instrumental in assisting families of American Airlines flight 587. James was the community liaison for the U.S. House of Representatives from 2009 to 2011. In this role, they helped connect constituents with the resources they needed. James has been a director at Westhab since March 2021. Westhab is an organization that helps people with housing, education, and job training.
