Sandra Jordan

Sandra Jordan has extensive experience in health management and safety culture development, currently serving as Gesundheitsmanagerin at Westnetz GmbH since November 2019. In this role, Sandra is responsible for creating and implementing strategies to enhance health protection measures within the largest distribution network operator in Western Germany. Prior to this, Sandra worked at innogy SE from June 2016 to November 2019, focusing on health, safety, and environment (HSE) culture development and serving as a Lean/Change Consultant to improve workplace methodologies. Sandra's career began at RWE, where responsibilities included leading corporate health promotion initiatives and supporting occupational pension schemes as a Betriebsrätin and team leader in health management from January 1999 to May 2016.
