Lisa Fletcher

Lisa Fletcher has over two decades of marketing and communications experience, currently serving as the Director of Marketing Communications at Weston College since August 2009. In this role, Lisa oversees the marketing strategies for Weston College Group and its associated institutions, including the University Centre Weston and the Inspirational Futures Trust. Previous positions at Weston College include Head of Marketing and Communications, Lead Marketing and Communications Manager, Project Manager for the North Somerset Enterprise and Technology College launch, and Assistant Marketing Manager during which the college achieved an ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted rating. Prior to this, Lisa worked at Northcliffe Media as the Regional Assistant Marketing Manager, focusing on marketing for the company's media portfolio. Lisa holds a BA (Hons) in Communications from Nottingham Trent University and A Levels from Truro and Penwith College.
