Linda Flyning

Linda Flyning is an experienced change management professional with a strong background in digital transformation and organizational health. Currently serving as Change Director at Westpac since July 2018, Linda has held various leadership roles, including Head of People at THR1VE and Change Manager at TAFE NSW. Previous experience includes working as an Organisational Change Manager at Commonwealth Bank and as a People & Culture expert at Unik. Linda's career began at OzForex, where significant contributions were made in various managerial capacities, followed by roles at Palamedia and Lexis Nexis focusing on sales and business development. Linda holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Umeå University, Sweden, and additional qualifications in marketing and European law from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology.
