Heather Seal

Heather Seal is an experienced quality management professional currently serving as the Area Quality Manager at WestRock Company since April 2019. In this role, Heather directs the Quality Management System, leads product safety programs, and acts as the Product Stewardship Coordinator, focusing on achieving quality results through process adherence and continuous improvement. Previously, Heather held the position of Quality Supervisor at DHL, where responsibilities included coordinating compliance activities, achieving SQF certification, and managing a quality team. Earlier experience includes serving as a Quality Assurance Supervisor at XPO Logistics, providing leadership in quality control and ensuring compliance with customer standards. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Southern Wesleyan University and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Truett McConnell University.
