Larry Neal

Larry Neal possesses extensive experience in maintenance management and engineering within the pulp and paper industry. Currently, Larry serves as the Maintenance Director at WestRock Company while simultaneously holding the position of Maintenance Manager at KapStone Paper and Packaging Corporation and Clearwater Paper Corporation. Previous roles include Maintenance Director at Washington State University, where oversight of campus maintenance activities was conducted, and various engineering and supervisory positions at Potlatch Corporation, including Sr. Engineer and Power Boiler Manager. Larry began a career in project engineering at Chevron, managing capital projects and maintenance shutdowns. Larry holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Washington State University.
