Sandra Ustruck Olsen

Sandra Ustruck Olsen is an accomplished professional in the field of quality and product development with over 25 years of experience. Currently serving as the Director of Global Quality Technical and Director of Quality & Product Development for Food & Beverage Americas at WestRock Company since October 2018, Sandra has previously held various positions within the same company and its predecessor, including Manager of Product Development and Six Sigma Black Belt. Earlier roles include Production Manager and Quality Manager at Rock-Tenn Company from 1997 to 2003, and Manager of Quality, Customer Service, and Structural Design at Waldorf Corporation. Sandra holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from Bethel University and has further education from the University of Minnesota.
