Olivia Smith

Olivia Smith is an experienced professional in the fields of behavioral health and child development. Currently serving as a FOCUS coordinator at Westside Children's Therapy since June 2022, Olivia specializes in planning and implementing social and life skills programs for clients aged 6 and older. Prior experience includes roles as Lead Therapy Facilitator and Behavior Technician at BY YOUR SIDE Autism Therapy Services, along with a position as Quality Control Associate at Luminex Corporation. Olivia also worked as a Microbiology Laboratory Technician at Matrix Sciences and held a Genetic Counseling Intern position at the Medical College of Wisconsin. While pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences at Marquette University, Olivia demonstrated leadership as a Resident Assistant and contributed to the community as a Telephone Operator, assisting prospective college students.
