Prior to this role, Strubel was Chief Marketing & Digital Growth Officer at Henkel Beauty, overseeing a portfolio of over 100 brands, and served as Co-CEO of Henkel Beauty & IB Holding GmbH, focusing on direct-to-consumer beauty brands. Strubel's experience also includes significant leadership positions at Unilever, where impactful transformations of the Axe/Lynx brand and rapid growth of Domestos occurred. As a co-founder of BELLALOU DELUXE LTD, Strubel inspired a movement towards comfortable footwear. With a background in international marketing and project management, Strubel holds a degree from Hamburg University of Applied Sciences.
