Greg Runyon

Greg Runyon is an experienced on-air personality with a career spanning over three decades in radio broadcasting. Currently serving as an On Air Personality at Westwood One since April 2019 and at KZIA, Inc since May 2005, Runyon has a rich history in radio management, having held positions such as Operations Manager and Program Director at KZIA. In these roles, Runyon supervised programming, on-air talent, and promotions while emphasizing the importance of local talent in community connection. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Clear Channel Broadcasting, where Runyon managed a staff of 15 as Program Director for a Classic Hits/Classic Rock station. Runyon's foundational career started with part-time on-air talent work, rising quickly to full-time positions. Runyon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Iowa.
