Rachele Pagani

Rachele Pagani is a procurement specialist with extensive experience in compliance, project management, donor relationships, and monitoring and evaluation. Currently serving as a Procurement Specialist for Africa at WeWorld since November 2024, Rachele previously held multiple roles at Cesvi Fondazione Onlus from August 2016 to November 2024. These roles included Compliance Specialist, Project Manager, Donor Relationship & Grants Manager, Monitoring & Evaluation Manager, and Administrator, focusing on financial oversight, procurement procedures, and budgeting. Early career experiences include serving as a Desk Officer Assistant at Cesvi Fondazione Onlus and as an intern at ICMC, where Rachele engaged in legal research on trafficking in persons. Rachele holds a Master's degree in Human Rights and Ethics of International Cooperation and a Bachelor of Arts in Intercultural Communication for Cooperation and Enterprise, both from Università degli Studi di Bergamo.
