Daniel Vandermeer

Daniel VanderMeer has a strong background in data science and software architecture. Daniel started their career at Polarity Software in 2003, where they co-founded the company and served as a Solutions Architect until 2010. In 2009, they joined TelaPoint as a Lead Software Architect and worked there until 2014. Since then, they have been with WEX, initially as a Sr. Data Scientist and currently holds the position of Principal Data Scientist.

Daniel VanderMeer completed their Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science at Western Kentucky University. Daniel then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Computer Science with a specialization in Machine Learning from the Georgia Institute of Technology, which they successfully completed in 2020.
