Alice Leach

Alice Leach is a data engineer with a background in data science and academic research. Currently employed at Whatnot since June 2022, Alice previously held the position of Data Scientist II at Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation, where responsibilities included leading analytics projects using Lean methodologies. Prior experience includes a data science internship at Immuta, where Alice contributed to developing analytic solutions, and a research assistant professor role at the Vanderbilt Institute of Nanoscale Science and Engineering, focused on cleanroom operations and training. Alice holds a PhD in Materials Science from Vanderbilt University and an MChem in Chemistry from the University of Oxford.
