Pat Sylvia

Pat Sylvia currently serves as a CMP Grant Consultant at the Washington Health Care Association and as a Marketing Consultant for 3rd Act Magazine, both roles initiated in 2023. Additionally, Pat operates as an Independent Consultant through AVJG Consulting. Since 2021, Pat has contributed as a Board Member for the Puyallup Area Aging in Community Committee and for Friend to Friend America since 2018. From May 2006 to June 2023, Pat held the position of Director of Education and Member Development at LeadingAge Washington, overseeing annual conferences and member education initiatives. Prior experience includes roles as a Professional Development Coordinator at the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction and a Membership Coordinator and Professional Development at the Washington Association of School Administrators from 1995 to 2005.
