Laurel Bacote

Laurel Bacote currently serves as the Alumni Connections Coordinator at Wheaton College since January 2024. In addition to this role, Laurel is the Podcast Editor for The Link: Bridging Faith and Life, responsible for setting up equipment and editing audio files. As a Dance Teacher and Choreographer for Christian Youth Theater since August 2019, Laurel introduces dance styles to students and choreographs performances. Laurel has also contributed to Publishers Weekly as a Reader/Reviewer for BookLife, evaluating manuscripts, and previously interned at Tyndale House Publishers in Fiction Acquisitions. Laurel’s experience includes a copywriting internship at the Wheaton College Center for Vocation and Career. Laurel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a Theater Concentration from Wheaton College.
