Rick Alvis

Rick Alvis has extensive experience in leadership and service within non-profit and community organizations. Currently serving as a Board Member for ECFA since June 2012, Rick was previously involved in the Standards Committee from 1998 to 2004. As President/CEO of Wheeler Mission Ministries since April 1990, Rick has been instrumental in guiding the organization. Additional experience includes serving as Past President/Chairman of the Board for the Association of Gospel Rescue Missions from 2003 to 2009, Executive Director of Evansville Rescue Mission from April 1981 to June 1990, and Camp Director at Evansville Rescue Mission/Camp Reveal from June 1977 to April 1981. Rick has been a member of Rotary since 1992 and holds a B.S. in Christian Education from Ft. Wayne Bible College, completed in 1977.
