Frank Routhier

Frank Routhier is an accomplished professional in the transportation and engineering sectors, currently serving as Director of Sales at Wheeling & Lake Erie Railway Company since September 2024. Prior to this role, Frank held various positions at CSX Transportation, including Senior Sales Manager, where management of over 30 strategic accounts in the US and Canada resulted in more than $200M in annual revenue.
