Heather Brizzi

Heather Brizzi is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in IT and digital technology governance, currently serving as the Director of Functional Systems at White Cap since March 2022. In this role, Heather enhances Finance, HR, and Legal operations through the strategic implementation of AI and automation. Previous roles include Director of Generative AI Initiatives and IT Service Management at White Cap, and Director of Digital Technology Governance at Sherwin-Williams. With a strong background in service management, project leadership, and digital transformation, Heather has successfully built teams and implemented innovative solutions across multiple organizations. Heather's career began in the US Navy as an Aviation Electrician's Mate, followed by progressive roles in the IT field, demonstrating a commitment to operational excellence and strategic planning. Heather holds a BS in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and also studied at Ohio University.
