Nicole Patterson

Nikki (Anguilm) Patterson, MSOD, ACC, is a seasoned leadership coach, facilitator, and consultant with extensive experience in organizational development. Currently serving as a Partner, Coach & Facilitator at White Pine Leadership Collective and a Coach at Humanergy Inc., Nikki also coaches and facilitates programs at the Leadership Research Institute and the Center for Creative Leadership. Nikki specializes in empowering high-performing women to enhance their leadership capabilities through structured development programs. Previous roles include Director of Talent & Organizational Development at 2U and Organizational Development Specialist at Google, where Nikki was part of the founding internal consulting team and managed numerous leadership development initiatives. Nikki holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Bowling Green State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management from Albion College.
