James Clarke

James Clarke is a seasoned construction supervisor currently employed at Whitecap Resources Inc. since September 2022, with a robust background in construction management garnered from a lengthy career at Imperial Oil from 2004 to January 2023. At Imperial Oil, James oversaw construction for various projects, including pipelines and facilities, while managing consultants and contractors, ensuring cost control, and developing budgets.
