Jorge Nunes is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in portfolio management, financial analysis, and organisational efficiency. Currently serving as a Portfolio Manager at Whitestar since September 2024, Jorge previously held the position of Senior Analyst at Veld Capital, where responsibilities included the analysis and structuring of new portfolio files, model development, and interaction with the Banco de Portugal. Jorge's prior experience at Whitestar Asset Solutions spanned over 16 years, involving roles as a Financial Planning Analyst and a Business & Financial Analyst, with a focus on budget control and operational reporting. Jorge's career began as a Junior Consultant at Sight Portuguesa and a Business Analyst at Midas Portugal, following a strong academic foundation with a Master’s Degree in Financial Analysis and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from ISEG.
