Telara McCullough

Telara McCullough currently serves as the Assistant Vice President for Human Resources at Whitman College, a position held since October 2012, where responsibilities include benefits administration, compensation planning, and HRIS processes within a small HR team. Prior to this role, Telara worked as Human Resources Director for SL Start and Associates from April 2006 to November 2012 and for Embassy Management from July 2011 to October 2012, overseeing HR functions for multiple social services organizations. Earlier in Telara's career, positions included Human Resource Manager at Ace Hardware from 1993 to 2006, Field Investigator at the EEOC from 1990 to 1993, and Assistant Personnel Manager at Smith Frozen Foods from 1983 to 1986. Telara holds a Master's degree in Labor Relations from the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Oregon.
