Elaine Guidone

Elaine Guidone is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health promotion, education, and leadership development. Currently serving as the Director of Team Member Development at Whitney Center since April 2019, Elaine focuses on leadership development and team coaching. Simultaneously, Elaine has been a Staff Educator and Wellness Consultant with Shine Health/Guidone Wellness since 2011, delivering customized wellness training programs. Previous roles include Manager of Clinical Education at Masonicare, where Elaine specialized in corporate learning program design, and Clinical Provider & Coach at Connecticut Weight and Wellness, coordinating weight loss and wellness programs. Elaine's early career included providing patient care as a Registered Nurse at Yale New Haven Hospital. Educational qualifications include degrees from Albertus Magnus College, Charter Oak State College, and CT State Gateway.
