Leslie King

Leslie King currently serves as a Special Events Assistant at the Whitney Museum of American Art since September 2022, previously holding the role of Major Gifts Intern. Prior experience includes a position as the Joseph Neubauer Intern in the Advancement Department at the Barnes Foundation from June to August 2022 and as an Assistant Tennis Pro at the Eagles Mere Athletic Association during the summer of 2021, where Leslie taught tennis and assisted with administrative tasks. Additional experience at Springside Chestnut Hill Academy includes serving as an Interim Project Manager in October 2020 and as an Intern from April to June 2019, focusing on alumni programming and fundraising. Educational background consists of a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Art History from Barnard College (2019-2023), a study period at The University of Edinburgh (January-May 2022), and a high school diploma from Springside Chestnut Hill Academy (2006-2019), complemented by attending The School of The New York Times in June 2018.
