Heather Grondin

Heather Grondin is a dedicated nursing professional with extensive experience in clinical services and operations. Currently serving as the Director of Clinical Services & Nursing at Whittier Health Network since July 2022, Heather previously held the role of Director of Nursing at Berkley Medical Management Solutions from March 2021 to July 2022. With a background that includes positions as Clinical Practice Manager and Clinical Nurse Supervisor at Dartmouth-Hitchcock from October 2015 to March 2021, Heather has demonstrated a commitment to leading cultural change to enhance the patient experience. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from the University of Saint Mary and ongoing pursuit of a Master’s degree in Family Practice Nursing at Rivier University, expected to be completed in June 2025.
