Shradha Agarwal

Shradha Agarwal is the Founder and Managing Partner of JumpStart Ventures, an investment fund supporting entrepreneurs driving intelligent innovation and ambitious solutions. Since November 2011, Shradha has also contributed as an Advisory Board Member for the Women In Bio Chicago Chapter and serves on the boards of OneGoal and the Chicago Children's Choir. Additional roles include Leadership Council Member for The Chicago Public Education Fund and Chair of the Membership Technology Subcommittee at The Economic Club of Chicago. Previously, Shradha co-founded Outcome Health and held advisory positions at Urban Alliance and Blueprint Health LLC. Shradha holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism, International Studies, and a Business Minor from Northwestern University and an International Baccalaureate from UWC South East Asia.
