Manuela Kruder

Manuela Kruder, BA, currently serves in the Stabstelle Digitale Transformation at Wiener Netze GmbH since December 2024, contributing to the digital transformation efforts for essential services such as electricity, gas, district heating, and data. Prior experience includes roles as Head of IntRAnet Services at WienIT GmbH from March 2023 to December 2024 and various positions at Wien Energie GmbH from September 2005 to March 2023, including Lead Quality Assurance & Customer Experience, Senior Process Manager, Project Manager, and Schulungsmanagerin. Manuela Kruder has also completed a CX Online Course at Kunde21 and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Management from FH Campus Wien between 2016 and 2019, along with professional certifications in Process Management and Project Management.
