Dean Hancock

Dean Hancock is a seasoned Wireless Network Architect with extensive experience in developing and managing wireless products and systems. Currently at Wifinity since March 2020, Dean is responsible for defining support methodologies and documentation aimed at enhancing customer experience. Previously, Dean worked at Glide UK, focusing on wireless standards and deployment strategies to meet capital and operational expenditure targets. At CableCom Networking Ltd, Dean served as Wireless Team Leader overseeing wireless support and team management, and as a Network Consultant specializing in wireless solutions. Dean's career began at CableCom as a Network Technician, responsible for Cisco device configurations and training engineers in both wired and wireless installations.
