Fredrik Løvberg

Fredrik is an Associate at Wikborg Rein's Oslo office and is part of the M&A team. His main area of work includes legal assistance on different types of transactions, including acquisitions, mergers/demergers, equity investment, and other M&A transactions. In addition, Fredrik assist Norwegian and international clients with miscellaneous corporate law counselling.

He has experience from advocacy in Unicef Norge, inter alia relating to sustainability. Fredrik holds a Master's degree from the University of Oslo, and wrote his master thesis on legislation and non-discrimination of shareholders relating to companies acquisition of own shares. Løvberg did an exchange semester at the University of Texas School of Law as part of his master's degree, where he attended several business law classes.
