Héctor Arroyo

Héctor Arroyo is a seasoned software engineer with a diverse background in web and backend development, currently serving as a software engineer at the Wikimedia Foundation since October 2024. Previously, Héctor worked as a senior software engineer at Open Assessment Technologies S.A., focusing on the TAO open-source e-learning platform and related compliance tools. Additional experience includes roles at Cabify, Empathy.co, and Indra, where Héctor developed microservices for corporate clients, digital coupon systems, and air traffic management for drones, respectively.
