Joanie Lam

Joanie Lam is a seasoned professional in product development and production management, currently serving as the Senior Product Development and Production Manager at Wild One since September 2024. Prior to this role, Joanie held various positions at Pattern Brands from August 2021 to September 2024, progressing from Associate Manager to Senior Manager in Product Development and Production. Joanie also worked as a Business Operations Manager at Peach & Pebble and as Operations and Supply Chain Manager at INKA. Earlier experience includes roles at Brooklinen, where Joanie was a Senior Operations Associate and Operations Associate, as well as Recreational Operations at UC Berkeley Recreational Sports Facility. Joanie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, obtained in 2016.
