Mikayla Kuhns Winter

Mikayla Kuhns Winter serves as the Director of ESG Reporting at Wiley since April 2023, following a tenure as ESG Manager at Crocs from April 2021 to April 2023. At Crocs, Mikayla managed global ESG initiatives, collaborated with senior management, and promoted sustainability projects, contributing to the company's inaugural ESG report. Prior to Crocs, Mikayla held various positions at ISS, progressing from ESG Research Analyst to Team Lead - Senior Associate ESG Advisor, advising institutional investors and leading proxy committees on corporate governance. Mikayla's early experience includes roles at Accountability Lab and The Aspen Institute, supported by a bachelor's degree in International/Global Studies and Dance from American University.
