Jocelyn Limas

Jocelyn Limas, PLS, is a professional land surveyor and project manager currently working at Willdan. Previously, Jocelyn held the position of senior associate surveyor at QK and worked for the County of Tulare as a cadastral mapping technician and engineering technician. Jocelyn also served as a cadastral mapper for the County of Kings, California. Education includes an associate's degree in sociology from the College of the Sequoias.
