Leon de Souza

Leon De Souza, MSc, C.E.M, PMP, currently serves as Project Manager for the Clean Heat Program at Willdan since October 2022. Previously, Leon held the position of Senior Project Manager at the Clinton Foundation's Clinton Climate Initiative from August 2020 to October 2022. Additional experience includes roles at Amneal Pharmaceuticals in Facilities Maintenance/Electrical, at the Guyana Energy Agency as an Energy Engineer, and at Guyana Power & Light Inc. as a Major Meter Technician. Earlier in the career, Leon worked as a Biomedical Technician at Georgetown Public Hospital Cooperation and as an Industrial Instrumentation & Electrical Technician at Guyana Sugar Corporation. Leon holds a Master of Science in Technology Management from Farmingdale State College and various certifications in project management, renewable energy management, and electrical engineering from institutions including The European Energy Centre and the University of Guyana.
