Conan Cerretani is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in development and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Development at William H. Lane Incorporated since January 2020, Conan previously held positions as Senior Vice President at Centurion Associates and Chief Estimator at William H. Lane Incorporated, where responsibilities included identifying bidding opportunities, negotiating bids, and managing projects valued between $50,000 and $30,000,000. As the owner of Provetto Concrete Construction, Conan founded a commercial and industrial concrete company. Earlier experience includes serving as Systems Librarian at the Albright-Knox Art Gallery, where an Online Public Access Catalog was created and maintained. Educational qualifications include a Master's Program in Library Science from the University at Buffalo and a BA in History from the University at Albany.
