Holly Peirce currently serves as the Associate Director of Outreach and Communications at the William J. Perry Center for Hemispheric Defense Studies, where responsibilities include functioning as a Diplomatic Faculty Advisor. Previous experience includes roles such as Foreign Policy Advisor at NORAD & US Northern Command, Management Counselor at the US Embassy in San Salvador, and INL Management Officer at the US Embassy in Mexico City. Holly has a diverse educational background, holding a Doctor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Miami, a Certificate in Gender/Women’s Leadership from Cornell University, and completed graduate courses in Arctic Security and Competition at the University of Alaska Fairbanks. Further academic achievements include a Master of Arts in Comparative Development and Inter-American Studies from the University of Miami and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Colby College, alongside a Master's degree from the U.S. Naval War College.
