Donna Allen

Donna Allen is an experienced HRIS professional currently serving as HRIS Analyst II at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. since November 2021. Previous roles include Analyst/Programmer at Baylor University, Systems Analyst at Lockheed Martin, HRIS Manager for the City of Garland, and HRIS Analyst at D.R. Horton, among others. Donna's expertise encompasses supporting and developing HRIS applications, managing IT systems, and ensuring the successful execution of HR processes and analytics. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Organizational Management from Dallas Baptist University and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Wiley College. Donna is further enhancing skills through ongoing education on Coursera.
