Dale Walton

Dale Walton is an experienced safety professional with a strong background in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management. Currently serving as the Sr. Safety Lead at Williams Company since January 2012, Dale is responsible for shaping and safeguarding HSE practices on a regional level, acting as the company's representative on HSE laws and contractor compliance. Prior to this role, Dale worked as a Safety Supervisor at Enbridge, overseeing recovery efforts for the Kalamazoo River Oil Spill and conducting safety audits of airboats. Dale also held the position of Sr. Safety Supervisor at BP-EMR inc., where supervision of recovery efforts for the Gulf Coast Oil Spill was key, along with managing schedules and rotations for a team of safety technicians.
