Quinton Caryer

Quinton Caryer is an experienced professional in the insurance technology sector, currently serving as Managing Director and Global Operations Director at WTW since June 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing global business operations and technology consulting, as well as managing client relationships for software clients in South Africa. Previously, Quinton held roles such as Head of IT Strategy and Head of Technology Investment Programme at WTW, focusing on IT function development and driving strategic initiatives. Prior to WTW, Quinton was Head of FNB Financial Advisory and CIO for the Wealth Segment at FNB South Africa, leading business transformation and technology projects. Quinton's career also includes significant experience at Accenture and Old Mutual, where large transformation programs in Banking and Insurance were successfully delivered. Quinton holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cape Town.
