Damon Spiers

Damon Spiers is an experienced Structures Manager currently with Wills Bros Group since January 2022. Previously held the role of Project Manager at Morgan Sindall Construction & Infrastructure from April 2018 to June 2023, leading the Barking Riverside Extension Project's structures element. Earlier roles include Site Agent for Costain Group PLC on the Crossrail Project and Site Agent with Morgan Sindall for the Pudding Mill Lane section of Crossrail. Additional experience encompasses project and site engineering roles with John Holland and Theiss John Holland, as well as foundational roles as a Graduate Engineer with Carillion. Damon holds a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from Loughborough University.
