Ronald Zambrano

Ronald Zambrano currently serves as Research Lab Supervisor at Wills Eye Hospital since January 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Lab Supervisor at NYU Langone Health for the Advanced Ophthalmic Imaging Laboratory, overseeing innovative research in glaucoma and ocular disease treatment from January 2020 to December 2023. Ronald held the position of Lab Manager at the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine from March 2015 to January 2020, collaborating with neonatologists on treatments for preterm birth defects. Earlier roles include a self-employed freelance web designer/developer and Research Support Specialist at The Miami Project to Cure Paralysis. Ronald is pursuing a PhD in Biological and Biomedical Sciences at Drexel University and holds an MS in Biotechnology-Bioinformatics, a CS50 Certificate from Harvard Extension School, and a BS in Biology from Barry University.
