Binali Mesri

Binali Mesri serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Young's Holdings, leading the people strategy and managing the human resource team since January 2020. Previously, Binali held the role of Vice President of Business Development and Human Resources, providing strategic guidance for comprehensive HR programs and developing policies to enhance corporate culture. In addition, Binali has held Vice President Human Resources positions at Infinium Spirits, Inc. and Wilson Daniels. Prior experience includes Senior Director of Compensation and Performance Management at Young's Market Company, Program Manager of Compensation and Benefits at Pacific Dental Services, and various analytical roles at Verizon Wireless. Binali holds an MBA in Finance from the University of California, Irvine and a BASc in Business Administration from Alliant International University.
