Corin Ridout

Corin Ridout is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and support roles. Currently a Wim Hof Method instructor at Wim Hof Method (Innerfire BV) since February 2022, Corin has also served as a General Manager at Bupa from June 2018 to the present, and in similar capacities at HC-One and Bupa between 2016 and 2018. Prior to these roles, Corin was a Contract Manager at Look Ahead Care and Support and held various positions at Choice Support, including Deputy Manager and Support Worker. Earlier career experience includes serving as an Assistant Manager at Glendola Leisure (Holdings) Limited and as a Plant Fitter at both NEW FOREST HIRE LIMITED and Jewson.
