Dr. Matt Brubaker is Chief Executive Officer of FMG Leading, a human capital advisory firm that creates world-class organizations at the intersection of humanity and high performance. He has over 25 years of experience, with particular expertise in health care and private equity executive leadership development, conflict resolution, pre-acquisition organizational assessment, and post-acquisition culture integration and strategy design. Dr. Brubaker’s client list includes a broad range of industry-leading organizations, including The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Deloitte, CNN, TeamHealth, Massachusetts General Hospital, Hackensack University Medical Center, Alliance HealthCare Services, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Chevron, DaVita, Janus, and Microsoft.
