Kim Newlin

Kim Newlin (Moser) currently serves as the Director of Risk Management and Staff Development at Windrose Health Network since January 2021. Prior to this role, Kim explored community-based opportunities as a Nonprofit Executive and held the position of Chief Operating Officer at The Jane Pauley Community Health Center, Inc. from September 2012 to April 2020. This role involved significant contributions to corporate strategic planning, operational management, and the supervision of various departments. Previous experience also includes serving as Director of Operations at Shalom Health Care Center, Inc., a Development Officer at Friends United Meeting, and Owner/Operator of a retail sporting goods franchise. Kim holds a Certification from the UCLA Anderson School of Management's Health Care Executive Program and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Management from the Indiana Institute of Technology.
