Tarun Jain

Tarun Jain, MD is a board-certified reproductive endocrinologist and an Associate Professor & Medical Director at Northwestern University – Center for Fertility & Reproductive Medicine in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Jain is also Clinical Director of the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology (SART) and Section Editor of Reproductive Biology & Endocrinology Journal.

Dr. Jain earned his medical degree at the University of Southern California. He completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Washington Medical Center, and a fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at Brigham and Women’s Hospital/Harvard Medical School. He also holds a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.

Dr Jain’s research interests include access to care, health disparities, and IVF outcomes. He has over 30 peer-reviewed publications (including three in the New England Journal of Medicine) and is the author of the book “The Infertility Journey. “

Dr. Jain received the Service Milestone Award from the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM). Other honors include: Top 10 Doctor in Illinois from Vitals.com; Best Doctors in America from Best Doctors Inc.; Patients Choice Award from Vitals.com; Leading Physicians of the World, International Association of Healthcare Professionals; and Castle Connolly Top Doctor.
